The World School makes its way to Bishop’s

Many students are interested in volunteer work. In the past few weeks, many groups have stopped by to hand out pamphlets with the exception of The World School. Bishop’s students, Brendan Montima and Olivia Angood-Hardy, started a group on-campus. The group is currently in the process of being recognized by the government as an official non-profit organization.

A new (digital) frontier

“I am trading games for rare hats.” Now, taken out of context, one may suspect an antiques salesman trying to make a quick buck and punish his son at the same time. However, the situation is even more peculiar than this particular scenario. Enter Team Fortress 2, a class-based online shooter developed and distributed by Valve, creators of renowned PC titles such as Half-Life and Counter-Strike.

Nobody’s perfect

How many of us have read or heard about the dreaded “Freshman 15?” I know I've heard some of my friends working out elaborate plans to avoid gaining weight, including running around Lennoxville or going to the Sportsplex. However, it's possible to become too obsessed with your weight and develop a serious health problem.
