Election time!

The SRC’s General Elections are coming up pretty soon. Nominations for the positions of President and the Vice-Presidents (Social, Academic, and Student Affairs) all open on January 30, beginning at 9am.

Rants and raves

Most people work 9-5, seven days a week, and at the end of the week, their employer pays them for the work they’ve done. That money gets spent on rent, food, hydro, and, if there’s any left over, fun. But this all goes in the shitter when your employer mistakenly overpays you.

From the Baroque concert Oct. 14 to Angélo Quetzalcoatl’s “classical guitar” extravaganza the week after, Bandeen Hall has been the home to two of the more bizarre concerts in recent memory.
