A Bishop’s after story

Jason Kacprzak graduated from Bishop's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, after which, according to his website, he decided to follow his true passion and pursue a career in cooking. Today he is the proud owner of successful restaurant Bistro KapZak in Sherbrooke, serving "home cooking with a modern European flare."
